1. Nature of the website
Creative Commerce by Plisner is a service catalogue and enquiry platform. Adding a service to an enquiry or sending an enquiry does not by itself create a payment obligation. Scope, timing and the final amount are confirmed before a paid settlement is created.
2. Enquiries and pricing
Prices displayed on service pages and in configurators are indicative project values. They are not an invoice or a demand for payment. External licences, hosting, domains, stock assets, printing or third-party services are included only when expressly confirmed in the project scope.
3. Settlement through Useme
When Useme settlement mode is active, Creative Commerce by Plisner does not collect card payments on this website. After scope confirmation, the freelancer creates the appropriate settlement through Useme and the client receives payment instructions from Useme.
4. Client materials and intellectual property
The client must have the rights needed to use materials supplied for the project. The licence or transfer of economic copyright for final work is determined for the specific project. Third-party assets remain subject to their own licences.
5. Newsletter
The newsletter is a separate free website feature. Joining is optional and requires a separate consent plus email confirmation through double opt-in. Not joining does not affect project enquiries or any other website function. Consent may be withdrawn at any time.
6. Complaints and contact
Questions or complaints about the project may be sent to kontakt@creativecommerce.pl. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
