Payment and Project Delivery
How an enquiry becomes a confirmed project and, when applicable, a Useme settlement.

Select one or more services and define the required scope. Values shown by the configurator are indicative and there is no payment at this stage.
2. Send an enquiry
The enquiry is stored and, when email delivery succeeds, a confirmation is sent to the address provided. Sending it does not create a payment obligation.
3. Scope confirmation
Creative Commerce by Plisner verifies materials, scope, timing and the final project value. Only after the client accepts the confirmed scope is a paid settlement prepared.
4. Useme payment
When Useme mode is active, Useme sends the client transaction-specific payment instructions and documents. Creative Commerce by Plisner does not store payment-card data on this website.
5. Delivery
The start date and delivery schedule are confirmed for the specific project and may depend on complete materials, scope acceptance and the applicable settlement process.
