1. Data controller

The person operating Creative Commerce by Plisner, identified above, is the controller of data collected directly through the website, including enquiry, configuration and contact forms.

2. Purposes

Data may be processed to respond to enquiries, prepare and perform requested services, maintain an optional user account, protect the website, comply with legal obligations and, where consent is given, measure website use or marketing activity.

3. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by infrastructure, email, accounting or settlement providers only to the extent necessary for the relevant service. When a project is settled through Useme, Useme processes data under its own terms and privacy information for that transaction.

4. Retention and rights

Data is retained only as long as required for the stated purpose, legal obligations, claims or the applicable consent. Depending on the legal basis, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or object to processing, and may withdraw consent at any time.

5. Newsletter and comments

Newsletter subscription is optional and uses double opt-in: the email address remains pending until the confirmation link is opened and should not be used for newsletter delivery before confirmation. Consent is not pre-ticked. Subscription records contain the email address, subscription status, consent version/time, form source and technical data required for confirmation or unsubscribe handling.

The email address is processed for the newsletter on the basis of consent under the GDPR, while electronic marketing and commercial information are sent subject to the applicable consent requirements of Polish electronic communications law. Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal. Leaving the newsletter does not affect project enquiries.

Knowledge-base comments are limited to signed-in accounts and may be moderated to reduce spam.
