1. How the website is developed

Core offer, enquiry, account, configurator and knowledge functions are designed to remain usable with a keyboard, zoom and assistive technologies. Accessibility is reviewed as the website changes rather than treated as a one-off claim.

2. What we check

Reviews cover heading and landmark structure, form labels, focus order and visibility, contrast, alternative text, keyboard operation, error messages, zoom behaviour and reduced motion. The technical goal is to meet applicable accessibility requirements for e-commerce services and relevant WCAG practices in the actual site configuration.

3. Accessibility helper

A helper panel in the lower-left corner can increase text readability, enable higher contrast, underline links and reduce motion. It is an optional aid only. It does not replace accessible code, correct semantics or testing with keyboards and assistive technologies.

4. Report a barrier

Please send the affected URL, a description of the barrier, device or browser and the access method you need to kontakt@creativecommerce.pl.

5. Scope

This statement describes the development process, helper features and feedback channel. It is not a claim that every browser and assistive-technology combination has undergone an independent full audit.
