AI speeds up website production only when it works inside a process. If you start by generating random sections, you simply create chaos faster. This workflow goes from the source of truth to testing.

Stage 1. Brief and source of truth

Write down the offer, prices, scopes, languages, CTAs, functions and source materials. Separate facts from ideas.

START

Website brief

Business goal: [what the website should achieve]
Audience: [who]
Offer and prices: [source of truth]
Primary CTA: [one]
Pages: [list]
Functions: [form/store/account]
Materials: [logo, photos, copy]
Do not invent: prices, testimonials, parameters, clients.
Identify missing information first, then propose the architecture.

Stage 2. Architecture and SEO

Set URLs, each page’s topic, H1, canonical, sitemap and internal linking before layout work.

Stage 3. UI system

Set width, grid, type scale, spacing, cards, buttons, focus states and breakpoints.

WEB / DESIGN

Service-page hero

Goal: design a 1440 px-wide hero for a B2B service page. Audience: a business owner looking for a specific contractor. Keep the copy and prices from the brief unchanged. Layout: content on the left, visual composition on the right, one primary CTA and one secondary CTA. Style: bright, minimalist, plenty of breathing room, clear hierarchy. Also prepare mobile rules for 390 px. Do not add fictitious testimonials, client logos or statistics. At the end, provide: H1, lead, CTA, grid, spacing, mobile behaviour and an accessibility checklist.

In interface prompts, specify the result, breakpoints, source copy and acceptance criteria. “Premium” alone does not define a layout.

Stage 4. Implement in small releases

Foundation → one feature → test → next module. In WordPress some state lives in the database, so migrations must respect manually maintained content.

Stage 5. Quality gate

  • desktop and phone,
  • forms and CTAs,
  • internal 404s, canonical and hreflang,
  • LCP, INP, CLS and critical images,
  • keyboard and focus,
  • post-deployment cache and rollback.
